Sauce, Food Network Kitchen
Role: Design Lead. Sauce is the custom CMS and suite of editorial tools that power Food Network Kitchen. It is currently being expanded to service other brands under the Discovery, inc. umbrella following its resounding success with Food Network Kitchen.
The following is a limited view of my work on this internal project; documentation regarding my design process available upon request.
The Sauce user dashboard is tailored to each individual’s editorial role and respective workflow, while maintaining a zoomed-out context of timely contextual information like the live class schedule.
The Live Class Q+A moderation view allows our editorial team to manage Live Class interaction from a single interface, with access to the live-streamed video, inbox of user questions, and access to the recipe(s) mentioned in the live class.

Sauce’s Video Asset Manager provides users with an interface to upload, manage, and publish video content for Food Network Kitchen Classes, Courses, How-To’s, and Recipes.
Once uploaded, videos can seamlessly be associated to both Live and On-Demand Classes.
